Questions, answered plainly.

Yes. Email us within fourteen days of paying and the full amount goes back to your card, no reason needed. The refund closes the edition you paid for; the event and its course stay in your account. If the race is postponed, you may not need one at all: move the date inside the window you paid for at no charge. If we charged you twice, or took a payment and nothing went live, that is ours to fix whenever you notice. The refund policy has the details.

Nobody. Every route and event is private: visible to you alone, and the link 404s for anyone who tries it. Share a route or publish an event and it opens for whoever holds the link. Nothing is listed, nothing is searchable, and turning sharing off closes the link again.

It stays yours. Download every route you have drawn as one GPX file from your account page at any time, and delete the account from the same page: that erases your routes and events with it, for good. Nothing is sold, and nothing is kept back as a hostage for a renewal.

Not to draw. You need one to save a course, keep it in Your Ground, or share it. Runners and volunteers never need one: they open a link.

Medics, hydration and aid stations, cutoffs, volunteer and marshal posts, traffic and hazard warnings, and a custom marker for anything else. Each one carries a time or a shift window, who staffs it, how a vehicle gets there, and notes.

An event has a crew page behind a six-character code you set. It shows the marshal posts, shifts, access roads, and coordinates, none of which the runner page carries. Change the code and every browser holding the old one is out.

Yes. Each event has a print pack: a course map per race with numbered pins, a sheet per station, and the cutoff table. It prints from the browser, so no plotter and no design software.

No. Pick run, hike, walk, or ride and the time estimate and snapping follow.

Yes. Snap to trails and roads, or switch to free-draw where the trail is not on the map. You can also import a GPX file if the course already exists as a track.

Yes, from a course's share page or its embed, and anyone you send the link to can do the same. Your whole library exports as one file from your account page.

Every public course has an embed: open its share page and copy the snippet. It drops into any site that takes HTML, and shows the line, the waypoints, the elevation profile, and a GPX download.

Yes. Move the line, move a station, add a race. Every page comes off the same event, so the runner page, the crew page, and the print pack update together. There is no second copy to keep in step.
